Terms of Service
These terms describe the current rules for using LoadMap as a coach-facing programming service.
Use of the service
LoadMap is a coach-facing B2B programming tool, not a medical service, emergency service, or client delivery platform. You remain responsible for deciding whether any plan, progression, or recommendation is appropriate for a specific client.
Accounts and workspace data
Provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You may submit client information only when you have a lawful basis and the necessary permission to process it through the service and its providers.
Acceptable use
Do not use LoadMap for unlawful activity, emergency or diagnostic medical decisions, credential sharing, security testing without permission, automated abuse, or content that infringes another person's rights. We may restrict access needed to protect users or the service.
AI-generated output
AI output may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Review every plan, recommendation, PDF, and analysis before use. LoadMap does not replace professional judgment, medical advice, informed consent, or client-specific clearance.
Billing and subscriptions
Paid upgrades are available only when a supported purchase channel is enabled. Price, interval, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms shown by that channel at purchase apply to the transaction. Account settings display the available billing or support path for the current subscription.
Content and product rights
You retain responsibility for and rights to content you submit. You may use exported plans for your coaching work. LoadMap's software, branding, interface, and underlying product materials remain protected and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered except where law permits.
Availability and account closure
We work to keep LoadMap reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may change as the product develops. You may stop using the service at any time; contact support for account deletion. We may suspend access for security, abuse, or material violations of these terms.
