Data Processing Addendum
This addendum describes LoadMap's current processing boundary for coach-submitted client data.
Roles and authorization
The coach determines what client information is submitted and remains responsible for having a lawful basis and the client's required authorization. LoadMap processes that information only to provide the coach-facing service.
Documented instructions
LoadMap processes client data to store profiles, evaluate deterministic readiness rules, generate and revise requested programming, analyze training logs, export approved plans, and provide requested delivery functions. Do not submit data unrelated to those purposes.
Security and restricted data
Workspace isolation, Row Level Security, server-side credentials, and encrypted transport are used to reduce unauthorized access. Unless LoadMap has provided a separate signed agreement for that use, do not submit protected health information on behalf of a HIPAA covered entity or business associate.
Service providers
Current service providers include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, AI infrastructure providers for requested generation and analysis, Resend for transactional email, and Creem as merchant of record for paid subscriptions. A named list of AI infrastructure providers is available on request from support@loadmap.fit.
Client requests and incidents
The coach remains responsible for responding to client rights requests. Contact support@loadmap.fit for reasonable assistance or to report suspected unauthorized access.
Return and deletion
Account export and deletion requests may be submitted to support@loadmap.fit. Limited billing, security, audit, and backup records may remain where reasonably required for legal obligations, dispute handling, or recovery.
